Our Curtin community from Scarborough to Mosman Park includes an enterprising and diverse network of small businesses including retail, construction, health, social services, real estate, IT, education and training, hospitality, financial, legal and professional services – and plenty more.
I know small business owners are facing unique challenges with cost-of-living pressures, decreasing profit margins, increased rents and running costs, as well as staff shortages.
Small businesses are especially vulnerable to risks connected with late or non-payment of invoices, the impact of insolvencies and unfair behaviour.
There is independent and confidential support available, to help you navigate challenges and build business resilience as well as some grants and concessions.
